OCM facilitates a structured coordination process during the design development, detailed design, and construction phases, ensuring that all team members work in unison toward a common goal. Think of the project team as a three-legged stool—with the Client, A&E team, and Construction team forming its support structure. If one leg fails, the entire project suffers. While the Owner defines project goals, execution depends on all stakeholders working together efficiently.

- Monitor, track and forecast changes to budget during construction.

- Conduct recurring coordination & design review meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep the project on track.
- Implement cloud-based project management software for real-time collaboration and secure access for all stakeholders.
- Use structured tools such as Functional Data Sheets and project program spreadsheets to define space and building-specific requirements.
✅ Quality Control & Construction Oversight
- Prequalify consultants and subcontractors for experience and financial strength.
- Perform pre-installation meetings for major building systems, assemblies, and components.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to scope, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Review product submittals and shop drawings to align with design intent.
